UAE: +25% for daytime overtime, +50% for night hours (10pm–4am) and for work on a rest day (plus a substitute day off in some cases). Saudi Arabia: +50% for all overtime hours. Qatar: +25% on normal days, +50% on rest days/holidays. Kuwait: +25% daytime, +50% night, +100% on rest days (plus a compensatory day). Bahrain: +25% daytime, +50% night; rest-day work pays double or a day in lieu. Oman: +25% daytime, +50% night, +100% on weekly rest days/holidays. Hourly wage is normally your monthly salary divided by 240 (30 days × 8 hours).
