🧾 Final Settlement Calculator — Gulf Countries

Your final settlement is more than gratuity: unused leave, unpaid salary days and notice pay all add up — and loans or deductions come off. Build your complete last pay cheque here and compare it with what your employer offers.

Leave and salary days are paid on your total salary in most Gulf countries (daily rate = total monthly salary ÷ 30; Kuwait uses ÷ 26). Gratuity uses the salary basis of the country you picked. Air ticket and repatriation, where your contract promises them, are extra and not included.

What should be in a Gulf final settlement?

Five things: (1) salary up to your last working day, (2) end-of-service gratuity or indemnity, (3) cash for unused annual leave, (4) notice-period pay if your employer ended the contract without the full notice, and (5) any other contract items such as a promised air ticket — minus lawful deductions like outstanding loans. Employers in the UAE must settle within 14 days of the contract ending; other Gulf states have similar short deadlines. Never sign a “received in full” statement before you have checked the numbers.
