When you leave a Gulf job, every unused annual-leave day becomes cash. Enter your salary and unused days — we use the daily-rate divisor your country applies.
In the UAE, leave pay at end of service is on basic salary (daily = basic ÷ 30). Kuwait uses total wage ÷ 26. Saudi Arabia uses actual wage ÷ 30. If unsure, enter the salary your contract states for leave.

UAE: 30 calendar days a year after one year of service (2 days per month during the first year). Saudi Arabia: 21 days, rising to 30 after 5 years. Qatar: 3 weeks (4 weeks after 5 years). Kuwait: 30 days. Bahrain: 30 days. Oman: 30 days. Days you did not take are converted to cash in your final settlement at the daily rate above.
